Mist Falls To get to Mist Falls you take a sandy trail that follows the glaciated South Fork Canyon through forest and chaparral, past impressive rapids and cascades. Here you find one of the largest waterfalls in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It is an eight mile round trip. Plan four to five hours for the adventure. Pack a lunch! Back to Cedar Grove
